Abstract

This study aims to 1) examine the effect of online learning perceptions on the decline in professional ethics learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 6 Sukoharjo. 2) Testing the effect of burnout syndrome on the decline in learning outcomes at SMKN 6 Sukoharjo. 3) Testing the effect of online learning perception and burnout syndrome have a significant effect together on the decrease in learning outcomes of professional ethics at SMKN 6 Sukoharjo. This type of research is quantitative with a survey design. The research population was 107 students, 84 students as a sample using random sampling technique. Data obtained through a questionnaire that was tested with validity and reliability. Multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, R2, SE and SR. The regression equation Y= 105.158 - 0.500X1 - 0.336X2 the equation shows that the decline in learning outcomes is influenced by perceptions of online learning and burnout syndrome. The conclusions obtained are: 1) There is a negative effect of online learning perceptions on the decline in learning outcomes. 2) There is a negative effect of burnout syndrome on the decline in learning outcomes. 3) There is a significant and negative effect together with the perception of online learning and burnout syndrome on the decline in learning outcomes. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.371 or 37.1%, meaning that the perception variable online learning and burnout syndrome has an effect of 37.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables.
