Abstract

The purpose of this study are to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility, Leverage, Tangibility, age and the size of financial performance and financial stability of banking sector which registered in BEI on 2017-2019 period. The population that used in this study is Universal Bank which registered in BEI on 2017-2019 period. Total samples that used are 20 banks with Purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique is regression data panel with random effect to define the equality of financial performance and fixed effect to define the equality of financial stability. Result of this study showed if corporate social responsibility does not significantly affect with financial performance and financial stability. Leverage has not significantly affect with financial performance but, it significantly affect with financial stability. Tangibility has a positive effect and significant for financial performance and financial stability. The age of the company has not significantly affect with financial performance but, has a positive effect and significant for financial stability. The size of the company has a positive effect and significant with financial performance but, has not significantly affect with financial stability.
