Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and job training on teacher performance in SMP N 1 Limpung. The sample used in this study were 36 respondents namely all teachers in SMP N 1 Limpung using a questionnaire to obtain data. The sampling technique in this study is to use entire population to be sampled. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test uses the normality test. multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test using t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test.Based on the data analysis conducted in the analysis shows motivation partially does not significantly influence teacher performance while discipline and job training partially have a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.516, which means 51.6% of the variation of all motivational, disciplinary and training variables can explain teacher performance while the remaining 48.4% is explained by other variables outside the model not proposed in this study.
