Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on consumer satisfaction for Apple products at the Ibox Mall Solo Paragon store. In this study using a sample of 100 people taken by purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations and the data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that Store Atmosphere had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination or R2 shows the percentage of the influence of all independent variables, namely store atmosphere and service quality on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction Keywords: store atmosphere, service quality, consumer satisfaction
