Abstract
This study aims to explore the phenomena that occur in the dynamics of stress levels of high school students during learning from home. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method. The selection of participants using the snowball sampling technique where the criteria in this study were high school students who were undergoing learning from home. The data collection process used semi-structured interview techniques.The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of stress in high school students who undergo learning from home. From 5 informants, the researcher found stress dynamics in each respondent. Starting from the covid-19 virus pandemic which made all learning activities carried out online, so that students felt overwhelmed by a lot of tasks, disturbances in sleep and eating patterns, and often students felt headaches. The factors that support this behavior are environment and self-encouragement. Almost all of the impacts they felt were negative because students did not like this learning from home program which was considered quite burdensome due to the large number of assignments that caused the students to become sick. The students even prefer to go to school offline.
