Abstract
Nur Rais Al Falah/A210160214. IMPLEMENTATION OF FULLDAY SCHOOL AT SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 2 WURYANTORO. Thesis. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. May, 2021. The research objectives are to (1) describe the implementation of fullday schoolat SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro. (2) Describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of full day school at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro. (3) Describe an explanation of how to improve competence in the implementation of fullday schoolat SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro. This type of research is a qualitative research using an ethnographic design. The data collection techniques used by the author through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. The data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, learning activities require students to be in school from morning to evening and are positive activities. Teachers can use learning methods that can make students motivated to study at school. The inhibiting factor is the infrastructure that must be repaired and the supporting factor is that the facilities provided are in accordance with national standards. Improve student competence by improving understanding, learning, extracurricular, and practice on the job training (OJT). For schools, schools need to make improvements and add facilities and infrastructure needed by students.
