Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on the work productivity of PT Senang Kharisma Textile Karanganyar employees. (2) The influence of leadership style on the work productivity of the employees of PT Senang Kharisma Textile Karanganyar. (3) The influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the work productivity of the employees of PT Senang Kharisma Textile Karanganyar. This study includes a type of associative research. The population in this study were employees of PT Senang Kharisma Textile Karanganyar, totaling 120 employees. The samples taken were 89 employees usingtechnique simple random sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 13.744 + 0.436X1 + 0.307X2. The equation shows that work productivity is influenced by organizational culture and leadership style. The conclusions obtained are: (1) Organizational culture has an effect on work productivity. (2) Leadership style affects work productivity. (3) Organizational culture and leadership style affect work productivity. (4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.335 or 33.5%, meaning that the variable organizational culture and leadership styles affect the work productivity by 33.5%, while 66.5% are influenced by other variables not examined. (5) The result of calculating the Relative Contribution (SR) of organizational culture is 82% and leadership style is 18%. While the results of the Effective Contribution (SE) of organizational culture were 27.47% and leadership styles were 6.03%.
