Abstract

Human resources are the most important thing in life. To create reliable human resources, the edication factor is the main factor to print it. Due to the corona virus / covid-19, the central goverment made regulations that large-scale social restriction ( PSBB ) mus be carried out so that direct learning in school was temporarily abolished and replaced with online/network learning. During this pandemic, many problems occurred, for example; The problem is that student do not evenly distributed and if offline learning is held, they only have a limited time. This research aims to ; 1. Describe the impact of covid-19 that occurs in learningat school and 2. Analyze teacher learning srategies during the covid-19 pandemic at school. The research method used in conducting this research in using survey methods and questionnaires. The result of the study are; 1. Knowing the differences between school regarding learning during the pandemic, 2. Knowing the level of student understanding and student grades frome before this pandemic and during this pandemic. In some schools that are close to the activity center, of course, many use online learding methods, because at that location there are several signal towers to support the smooth learning, while in school that are far from the activity center, ther also use online methods, but the signal tower in that location does not support strong signals. To support learning. For this reason, the teacher uses the offline method to convey material that is difficult fot students to understand but also only has a very short time.
