Abstract
The shift work system is carried out because the company benefits from being able to run its production in full and is able to minimize the number of workers used. Various kinds of health and safety impacts can arise due to shift work such as disruption of sleep time and decreased interaction with family or friends which will have an impact on depression, anxiety, and stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in levels of depression, anxiety, and stress between night shifts and non-night shifts in weaving workers at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile. The research method used was an analytic observational research method with a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 76 respondents who worked night shifts and non-night shifts. Statistical test using the Independent T-test. The results showed that the incidence of depression in night shift workers was mostly in the mild category, namely 28.9% and 22.4% on non-night shifts, anxiety in night shift workers and non-night shift workers was mostly in the moderate category 34.2% and 23.7%. , stress on night shift workers is mostly mild category 23.7% and non night shift workers normal category 31.6%. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant difference in the level of depression with value (p = 0.008), the level of anxiety with a value (p = 0.018), the level of stress with a value (p = 0.007) and psychological disorders with a value (p = 0.00). between night shift and non night shift. The level of depression, anxiety and stress on night shifts is higher than on non-night shifts.
