Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work setres and religiosity on employee performance mediated by work motivation. This research is a descriptive study. The population used in this study was an employee of Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, while the sample in this study established as many as 120 employees using multiple linear regression techniques. From this study obtained the following conclusions: Work Stress affects Work Motivation, Religiosity affects Work Motivation, Work Stress has no effect on Employee Performance, Religisuitas affects Employee Performance, Work Motivation affects Performance, Work Motivation cannot mediate Work Stress and Employee Performance, Work Motivation can mediate Religiosity and Employee Performance.
