Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of proactive personality,family environment, and religiosity on entrepreneurial intentions. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The study population was all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample of this study was 160 respondents with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection method was done through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test including normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. While the hypothesis test uses multiple regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study indicate that proactive personality has a positive and 2 significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and religiosity has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the F test show that there is a joint influence between proactive personality variables, family environment and religiosity on the entrepreneurial intention variable. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the variables of proactive personality, family environment and religiosity are able to contribute to the entrepreneurial intention variable. The high influence of proactive personality variables can be used as an effort for individual self-development by making changes that have an impact on himself and the environment.
