Abstract
This research is about the influence of work environment and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction. A study conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Grobogan Regency. This type of research data uses quantitative data, the sample used were 75 respondents who were studied. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
