Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the effect of Gender Diversity, Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy on Firm Value. In this study, Firm Value was measured using Tobin’s Q, Gender Diversity was measured using dummy variables, Capital Structure was measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), while Dividend Policy was measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the LQ45 category of the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 40 samples. The result of this study indicate that Capital Structure and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on Firm Value, while Gender Diversity doesn’t have a significant effect on Firm Value.
