Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the significant influence factors on the yield to maturity of the bond. There are five factors to be examined in this study, those are corporate governance, bond rating, debt to equity ratio, liquidity and SBI interest rate. Corporate governance variable is proxied into four, those are institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board size and audit committee. The population in this study was all corporate bond that traded in the period of 2016-2017, there were 325 bond with 274 bond through purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linier regressions of SPSS 26. The result of this study shows that institutional ownership is not significantly affect the yield of maturity of the bond. While managerial ownership, board size, audit committee, bond rating, debt to equity ratio, liquidity and SBI interest rate are significantly affect the yield of maturity of the bond.
