Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the values of unity, the obstacles faced, and the solutions given to the Metal music community "Sukoharjo Corpse Grinder" in Sukoharjo. This research uses qualitative approached with a case study strategy. The data collection technique used with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was done by triangulating data sources and triangulating data collection techniques. The data analysis used interactive analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the values of unity in the music community is based on the first, multiculturalism in differences, multiculturalism recognizes and respects the existence of social differences and elements of cultural background. Both are, forms of value and tolerance among individuals, meaning that humans will always and always interact and interact with others, humans cannot possibly live alone without the help of others and social interactions form group life in humans. Third, the form of social ties between individuals, humans in living social life are not free from interdependence between one human being and another, this is due to the position of humans as social beings who tend to group together or make friends with other humans. The obstacles faced lie in the discipline, activeness and participation of members in several scheduled activities. The solution is a need for more intensive communication between organizational administrators so that they are more focused on developing the organization, creating a harmonious and comfortable atmosphere in the organization to instill a sense of organizational ownership.
