Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on teacher performance, Job satisfaction on teacher performance, Organizational commitment to teacher performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediates the effect of job satisfaction on performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediates the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance. The study was conducted on 61 teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga. Retrieval of data through questionnaires and documentation study. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results: (1) Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) The variable organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (3) Job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on teacher performance. (4) The organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on teacher performance. (5) The variable organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on teacher performance. (6) The direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance is greater than the indirect effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance through organizational citizenship behavior. (7) The direct influence between organizational commitment on teacher performance is greater than the indirect effect between organizational commitment on teacher performance through organizational citizenship behavior.
