Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of investing in the construction of a joint hospital in Hidayah Boyolali Hospital. This research was conducted at Hidayah Boyolali Hospital, where at this time the hospital was faced with fulfilling the number of requests from patients that had not been fulfilled, so that the hospital could take this opportunity to re-invest in development. This type of research with case studies. Investment analysis method with NPV, BEP and Payback period. The results show that the development investment in Boyolali Hidayah Hospital is viewed from a financial aspect. NPV analysis with a discount factor of 7.5%, gave a positive result of 3,972,257,299.00. The value from BEP from 2016 to 2026 is always smaller when compared to the estimated demand for inpatient services and a 3-year return on capital
