Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) describe the internalization of the character of learning responsibility in the lesson plans at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar (2) to describe the internalization of the character of learning responsibility in the implementation of learning at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar (3) to describe the internalization of the character evaluation of learning responsibility in learning at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological research design. The research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, and students. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques using interactive analysis. The results of the study (1) The internalization of the character of learning responsibility in the RPP at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar is the planning stage begins with a school meeting discussing plans for the Character Education Program for the next 1 year together with the planning of the learning responsibility development program. Learning responsibility planning is carried out by the teacher, namely compiling lesson plans by integrating responsibility characters, preparing implementation strategies with assignment methods, habituation in learning, and reward / punishment, and preparing observation sheets. (2) Internalization of the character of learning responsibility in the implementation of learning at Muhammadiyah Karanganyar through the assignment method carried out by giving assignments / exercises in class and homework both individually and in groups. The habituation method in learning is done by getting children to ask and answer questions, getting used to working together in groups, getting used to honestly doing assignments / tests, getting children to develop creative thinking. The reward / punishment method is carried out by giving appreciation / praise for children's achievements and providing sanctions for children who violate the rules. (3) Internalization of the evaluation of the character of learning responsibility in learning is carried out in the form of reports on the results of teacher observations, results of daily test evaluations, midterm tests, and final semester tests. Parents' reports / information on children's learning attitudes and responsibilities at home. Achievement of academic achievement, namely the value of a report card which includes aspects of an attitude of responsibility. Keywords: management, character, responsibility, learning
