Abstract
The purpose of this research : 1) The effect of parenting on students' learning motivation in Wedoro Village. 2) The influence of peer interaction on student motivation in Wedoro village. 3) The influence of parenting styles and peer relationships on student motivation in Wedoro village. This research is a type of quantitative research conducted by collecting data in the form of numbers. The population in this study were 56 students in the Wedoro Village. The sample in this study is less than 100, so all the population will be taken as many as 56 students in Wedoro Village, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency. The required data is obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 13,191 + 0,367 X1 + 0,355 X2. The conclusions of this study are: 1) There is an effect of parenting style on learning motivation. This is evident from the t test obtained by tcount> ttable, namely 3.763> 2.021 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000 with a relative contribution of 58% and an effective contribution of 23.4%. 2) There is an effect of peer interaction on learning motivation. This is evident from the t test obtained by tcount> ttable, namely 3.028> 2.021 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.004 with a relative contribution of 42% and an effective contribution of 17%. 3) There is an influence of parenting styles and peer relationships on learning motivation. This is evident from the F test in Fcount> Ftable which is 17.966> 3,230 and a significance value <0.05, which is 0,000 and the coefficient of determination is 0.404 or 40.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
