Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) categories in the "Home Learning Program at TVRI" task (week 1 to 4) for low and high class Elementary Schools. This type of research is a content analysis research using qualitative methods. The research data were obtained using the documentation method. The collection and analysis of reference data on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) indicators are then linked to the "Home Learning Program at TVRI" (weeks 1 to 4) for low and high class Elementary Schools. This study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method and the validity of the data would be proven using theoretical triangulation techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that in the task "Study from Home Program on TVRI" (week 1 to 4) the overall questions included Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the low class were 60% with details on the level of analysis. (C4) was 25.5%, the evaluating level (C5) was 25.5% and the creating level (C6) was 7.2%. Whereas in the high class which is in accordance with Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) as much as 42.1% is in the analyzing level (C4) 24.5%, evaluating (C5) 10.5%, and creating as much as (C6) 8.7 question. The implications in this study can be used as a reference and reference about HOTS questions.
