Abstract
This study aims to describe: 1) planning in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar, 2) organizing in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar, 3) implementation in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar, and 4) supervision in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design. The data collection technique is done by using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses interactive model analysis. The research results concluded: 1) Planning in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar was carried out by conducting industrial mapping, mapping students, conducting cooperation (MoU), preparation of industrial work practice programs and industrial work practice action plans by the working group of industrial work practice, preparation of time for the implementation of industrial work practice, socialization of industrial work practice programs, provision of industrial work practice. 2) Organizing in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar is carried out by coordinating the industrial work practice working group team, preparation of industrial work practice facilities, allocating an industrial work practice cost budget, and establishing school supervisors. 3) Implementation in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar is carried out by handing over industrial work practice students to the Business World/ Industrial World through direct handover of students by school supervisors or through communication media, monitoring industrial work practice at least three times, and withdrawal of industrial work practice students. 4) Supervision in industrial work practice competency skills of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar is carried out by reporting internship students, reporting industry advisors, and reporting school supervisors.
