Abstract
This study aims to analyze learning related to traditional games in grade 4 and to know the internalization of love in traditional games in students in grades 5 and 6. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the subject of homeroom grades 4,5 and 6 and grade 4,5 students and 6 who have received traditional game learning in SD Negeri Wironanggan 01 in the 2019/2020 school year. Data collection was taken using interview techniques. The results of research regarding learning related to traditional games into thematic books are in accordance with the learning theme which is able to make the learning process about traditonal games more leverage, so that students can recognize and play traditional games contained in thematic books. Internalization of love for traditional games in grade 5 and 6 student is still strong. This is evidenced at recess and after school students play traditional games that have been taught in grade 4.
