Abstract

Companies that are able to build brand and brand loyalty awareness of its customers will certainly be able to compete with the its competitors, the main goal is to increase customer satisfaction, which can ultimately improve purchasing decisions. The main focus in this research is 1) to find out the effect of brand loyalty on purchasing decisions, 2) to determine the effect of brand awareness on buying decision. The sample in this study is the Motorcycle dealer consumers Honda in the Surakarta region. Sampling model with approach convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire given to consumers. Analysis tools used in research this is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, shows that brand loyalty and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions.
