Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variables in implementing Employee Performance at PT.Konimex Sukoharjo consisting of 1. Effect of physical work environment on employee performance 2. The influence of non-physical work environment on employee performance 3. Effect of competence on employee performance 4. Effect of work experience on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative method of causal data collection tool that is questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, correlation coefficients, hypothesis testing (significance test/t test), and the coefficient of determination. The population in this study were 70 respondents with Proportional Random Sampling as a sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of tcount = 2,083 > tlist = 1,997, then Ho is rejected so there is a significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance, Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of calculations tcountt = 2,001 > tlist = 1,997, then Ho is rejected so there is a significant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee performance, Competence has a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of calculations tcount = 2,068 > tlist = 1,997, then Ho is rejected so there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance, Work experience has an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of calculations tcount= 3,697 > tlist = 1,997, then Ho is rejected so there is a significant influence between work experience on employee performance. So that all variables have a significant effect on the performance of the fifth division employees of PT.Konimex.
