Abstract

This final report discusses the activities of carrying out an internship at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Regional Central Java. The practice of this apprenticeship program is a manifestation of the Ministry of SOEs being present for the country which aims to provide an overview of the world of work for students by going directly to the field so that they are easy to compete and adapt to the world of work globally in the future. In addition, it aims to determine the work patterns of employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Regional Central Java so that it can be implemented properly in the future. This apprenticeship was carried out for 6 months, starting from 31 July 2019 to 4 February 2020. The method used in this research was the system development method used, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method consists of five stages, namely, system 2 analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, and system maintenance. In this report, the authors review the concept of a web-based procedure data management application at Pelindo III, Central Java, which is still manually processing procedure data so that there are difficulties in finding the data, especially the quality and risk management division. The result of the internship practice carried out is that students get valuable knowledge and experience from this activity, even in student life they experience significant changes in their lifestyle. In addition to this, it is also known that the application of information technology needs to be done to support the existing processes in the company, the quality management risk of Pelindo III Central Java region previously still processed data procedures manually.
