Abstract
The floating net karamba (KJA) tilapia business is located in the Hamlet of Duwet RT 21 Ngandul Sumberlawang Sragen which is owned by Mr. Hermawan. Cultivation is more focused on tilapia compared to other fish in the process of cultivation of the hermawan father does not experience obstacles in terms of both, in terms of location, cost, and purchase of seeds but in the marketing process is still experiencing obstacles. Where marketing is still very limited to only include traders, and the absence of other marketing tools is a problem to look for a solution. The purpose of this research is to provide marketing development strategies to be more developed than before and can meet the needs of consumers according to their market share. Some of the methods used are the SOAR Analysis method which provides information on several alternative strategies and the QSPM matrix shows the best alternative strategies for developing marketing. The results from the QSPM matrix show three main priorities that must be carried out in floating net cages (KJA). The three priorities are: Using online and offline media for promotion, second Increasing the number of floating net cages and fish so that the needs of consumers can be met, third Providing current location with google maps to facilitate location search.
