Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work placement on employee work performance with work dicipline as an intervening variabel at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Karanganyar Office. The sample used is this study there were 47 employees working in the Karanganyar office using a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique uses convinience sampling, which is a sampling technique based on the availability of elements and the ease of getting it. Data analysis techniques using structural equation analysis SEM-Partial Least Square produce test of validity, reliability, classic assumption test using multicollinearity tests and hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on work performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work dicipline, work placement does not have a significant effect on work peformance, work placement has a significant effect on work dicipline, work dicipline has an effect on work performance. Work motivation variable has a significant effect indirectly on work performance trough work dicipline. Job placement has an indirect significant effect on work performance trough work dicipline.
