Abstract

Final project report discusses the activities when carrying out an internship at PT. Bank X (Persero), Tbk. Solo area. The practice of this apprenticeship program is an embodiment of the BUMN present for the country which aims to provide an overview related to the world of work to students directly in order to compete globally in the face of the world of work in the future. In addition to this, the special goal is to find out the work patterns at PT. Bank X and can be implemented well in the future. The internship is conducted for 6 months, starting from August 5, 2019 to February 04, 2020. The basic methods used in this report are Observation, Field Practice, Interviews and Case Studies. In this report the authors review the implementation of the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), considering that PT. Bank X is a state-owned company which is engaged in financial services that are highly competent and have high integrity so it is important for him to have good corporate governance to gain the trust of its customers. The results of the internship practice is that students get good work experience in the company and show positive values in work. In addition, it also recognizes the importance of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in an enterprise in dealing with stakeholders and other parties in the company.
