Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance with work fatigue as an intervening variable in the 24-hour burjo food stall in the Solo area. This research was conducted at several 24-hour burjo food stalls in the Solo area. This study used a sample of 95 employees. The sampling method uses purposive sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data that has been obtained is processed by SmartPLS using several variables, namely workload, work stress, work fatigue and employee performance The results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Work fatigue has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work fatigue. Work stress has a positive and not significant effect on work fatigue. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through work fatigue. Work stress has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance through work fatigue. R Square value of 0.430 shows that the influence of workload, work stress and work fatigue explains the performance of employees by 43%. While the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.
