Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Perumda Air Minum Surakarta. The sample in this study were employees who worked at Perumda Air Minum Surakarta with a total of 145 people. The sampling technique in this study is the simple random sampling technique. The primary data collection method used is the questionnare method. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis test with the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). In addition there are test instruments, and classical assumption tests. In the test instrument there is a validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the F test, variables Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, and Work Environment simultaneously affect the Employee Performance variable. The t test showed that Emotional Intelligence (t arithmetic = 5,950), and motivation (t arithmetic = 7,394) have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment variable does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance ( t arithmetic = 0,285). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 51,2%. For the classical assumption test, the model is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. Whereas the validity and reliability test shows that all statement items can be said to be valid and reliable.
