Abstract

Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Intellectual Intelligence are part of the factors that affect employee performance, this study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on employee performance. This research was conducted on 73 employee respondents in PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen. The research method used in this research is quantitative using statistical and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Spiritual Intelligence has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Intellectual Intelligence has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance
