Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Price and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Mblenger Fruit Ice Store in Pabelan, Sukoharjo. This type of research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were consumers of Mblenger fruit ice shops in Pabelan. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data is collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and there is a significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction.
