Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzed to affect of determined business risk, leverage, sales growth, capital intensity and growth opportunity on possible occurrence financial distress. Population of this research were all manufacturing firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The sampling method used purposive sampling methodand obtained as many as 255 companies. Data analysis method used logistic regression method. The result showed that the leverage, capital intensity and growth opportunity haveefects on possible occurrence financial distress while the busness risk and sales growth have no effect on possible occurrence financial distress.
