Abstract
Minimum service standards (SPM) in the health sector are a reference for district / city governments in providing health services that are entitled to be obtained by every citizen at a minimum. Every person with a mental disorder (ODGJ) has the right to get the minimum service according to the standard that can be provided by doctors and nurses in the puskesmas. Implementation of minimum mental health service standards is expected to provide results in the form of satisfaction for the patient's family as the recipient of the service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between achieving minimum mental health service standards with the satisfaction of families of people with mental disorders. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive analytic design. The study population was 54 family members whose family members were mental patients who had taken outpatient treatment at the Sleman Public Health Center. By using purposive sampling technique. Research data collection using a questionnaire instrument, while data analysis using the Spearman correlation test. The conclusion from this study obtained alpha results of 0.06 (> 0.05) which means there is no relationship between the attainment of a minimum standard of mental health services with the satisfaction of families of people with mental disorders.
