Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, promotion and price on consumer satisfaction on Manahan toast products. The population in this study were all consumers and buyers of Manahan toast. Based on the sampling formula above, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study note that service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotional variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction.
