Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many companies, private and government organizations recruit employees with certain standards according to the wishes of these organizations to meet the needs of their organizations. The company provides facilities to support the performance of its employees, so that employees can work well and be able to reach deadlines on time. The purpose of this research is to find out how "the quality of work life of PT. Surakarta Triad ". Telling in the current problem solving based on data. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of descriptive descriptive research used at the time of this study was intended to obtain information about the quality of work life of a book editor at PT Tiga Serangkai Surakarta in depth and comprehensively. Based on the results of the analysis obtained it can be concluded that aspects of the quality of work life first are adequate compensation including; salary, bonus and benefits. Then the second aspect is a comfortable environment that is there are facilities to support the work of employees. The third aspect of the quality of the work life of a book editor is social integration in organizations which includes communication and leadership. The fourth aspect in the quality of work life of the editor is the rights of employees who are fulfilled by the company in the form of social security in the form of BPJS for all family members of employees.
