Abstract
This research aims to determine the Values of Entrepreneurs in the Papringan Tourism Market. This type of research is qualitative with ethnographic design. The informants of the research are Papringan Market traders. Data collection are done by interviews and documentation. The validity of data using source triangulation analysis and triangulation methods. Data analysis technique using infertility reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are seven entrepreneur values that are found in Papringan Market traders, such as, 1) the traders already know the business they are doing and do the production and marketing processes themselves, 2) the traders are easy to get raw materials for their business and implement a marketing system that effective to attract customers, 3) the traders are ready with the risks that will come, because the traders do not only focus on sales in the Papringan Market but have other work, 4) the traders have understood enough to make innovation in their business, but innovation what has not been done has undergone significant changes, 5) communication between sellers and consumers in the Papringan Market is well established and conducive, even fellow traders and market managers, 6) traders do not really have the imagination and ideas to develop their products, because they still just follow the market demand, 7) traders are still following the Papringan market channel and do not yet have thoughts or views for their products in the future.
