Abstract

Sukalila River is located in Lemahwutut District, Cirebon. Sukalila River has the potential that can be developed into an icon of water tourism in the city of Cirebon, its strategic location and around sites that have potential, but the sites around the Sukalila River have not been integrated to make it like their respective roads, whereas if this site is united can make unique water tourism area. Moreover, Cirebon is a coastal city that does not yet have an icon of water tourism. Although there is already a plan from the government for Sukalila River management, it is not yet clear when it will be structured. The core of the arrangement of the Kali Sukalila area is to provide a decent public space and can be an icon of water tourism in the city of Cirebon, as well as maximizing the maritime potential that is around the area. Organized arrangement will bring benefits to the surrounding community and add tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon. Keywords: Sukalila River, Cirebon City, Waterfront, Tourism
