Abstract
The population used in this study is the employees of PT Adira Finance Salatiga, which includes 3 work divisions, namely the operational division, the collection division, and the marketing division. The sample used was part of the employees of PT Adira Finance Salatiga, taken by 30 respondents. The result of experimenting shows Work Environment and Employee Loyalty variables have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Adira Finance Salatiga, while the variable Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect partially on Employee Performance at PT. Adira Finance Salatiga. F test results indicate that the variable Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty together have a significant effect on Employee Performance. 19.2% of the variation in Employee Performance variables can be explained by the variable Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty, while the remaining 80.8% is explained by other variables not used in this study.
