Abstract

Tourism has important role in Gunungkidul Regency, one of which is to encourage regional development to achieve community welfare, expand employement and provide a major contribution to regional income. Excisting tour package in Gunungkidul Regency are less able to attract tourists to use the services of tour packages, so that it becomes an abstacle for tourists to find the right route and characteristics of tourism objects. This study aims to identify the characteristics of tourism object spatially and arrange tour packages bassed on routes and their characteristics. The methode used in this study is observation and secondary data analysis. The result of this study are the characteristics of each tourist attraction and the route map of the tour package which is divide into three choices namely package A, B, C where the package is made based on the direction, route, and the closest distance from the terminal and lodging using Network Analyst with route type analyst. In a package there are variations in attractions to create attractive tourism packages so that tourist can have an attraction towards the arrangement of tour packages in Gunungkidul Regency.
