Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service, price, and product quality on loyalty customer. The population of this study is the customer of the big trader "Ceker Pitik". The sampling technique used in this study was a census sampling so the number of samples obtained was 42 respondents. The data collection method used is a questionnaire aimed directly at consumers. Data analysis techniques in this study were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, determination test (R2), simultaneous test (F test), coefficient analysis and partial test (t test). The results showed that service, price and product quality influence the buying interest of customer in "Ceker Pitik"
