Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether there are significant differences between the organizational culture characteristics consisting of professionalism, aggressiveness, creativity, accuracy, expertise, work harmony, towards employee performance in the Laweyan Batik Industry. The sample in this study were 40 Employees in the Laweyan Batik Industry in Surakarta City. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data Analysis Method used is normality test and multiple linear analysis test with t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the sixth regression analysis variables namely Aggressiveness, Accuracy, Value of Work Harmony, has an influence on employee performance while Variables that have no influence on employee performance are Professionalism, Innovation and expertise. In the F Test Determine the approval of Variables Have Significant Support Together.
