Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether transformational leadership behavioral variables consisting of Charisma, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Considerations have an influence on Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sragen Unit. To analyze transformational leadership variables that have a dominant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sragen Unit. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sragen Unit. Samples are part of selected population elements. Sampling in this study is by Purposive Sampling method. Samples are employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sragen Unit as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study note that the charisma variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Stimulation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Consideration has a significant effect on employee performance. While the one that shows the most dominant influence is stimulation which is indicated by a Beta value of 0.319 while the charisma variable is 0.229, motivation is 0.194 and motivation is 0.194.
