Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and discuss the effect of work environment partially on the performance of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar employees. To analyze and discuss the effect of individual characteristics partially on the performance of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar employees. To analyze and discuss the effect of work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously on the performance of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar employees. The population in this study were all SFA Steak & Resto employees in Karanganyar while the sample used in this study were 50 employees (respondents). Based on research results prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the test results it is known that together the work environment variables and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance.
