Abstract
Every company always strives to increase employee productivity. Increased productivity is expected to be able to encourage a company to become even better. This study aims to determine: the influence of compensation and job training partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity on CV. Rodajati Karanganyar. This type of research is a causal study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are all employees of CV. Rodajati, amounting to 101 people. Data was collected by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) compensation does not significantly influence employee productivity CV. Rodajati, (2) job training has a significant effect on employee productivity CV. Rodajati, and (3) compensation and job training significantly influence employee work productivity on CV. Rodajati. The contribution of the effect of compensation and job training on employee productivity is (R2) 47.9%. Keywords : compensation, job training, employee productivity
