Abstract
Teacher is the main key to the success of the learning process at school. Teachers are expected to be able to prepare and open themselves up to a number of possible changes, including curriculum changes that have certainly had an impact on learning change. This study aims to: 1) describe the source of the problem in the implementation of integrated thematic learning; 2) identify the problems faced by teachers in implementing integrated thematic learning; 3) describe the solutions to solving teacher problems in implementing integrated thematic learning. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the source of the problems in the implementation of thematic learning were: teachers had difficulty dividing time between teaching and homework, limited learning media, teachers did not understand the concept of integrated thematic learning, teachers had difficulty operating computers; 2) problems in the implementation of thematic learning are: teachers do not make lesson plans independently but by copying and downloading lesson plans on the internet, learning media used are not varied, teachers have difficulty in linking between learning materials, teachers have difficulty in using E-raport applications; 3) problem solving solutions: the teacher conducts workshops, the teacher implements peer tutors.
