Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, work environment, leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses survey method with questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this research is all employees of PT BPR BKK Purwodadi. The sample in this research is taken with saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled. Based on the sampling technique used, 87 respondents were obtained. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression model with SPSS version 21. The result shows that leadership affect to employee performance while compensation, motivation, work environment, and organization culture do not affect for employee performance.
