Abstract

The study aims to analyze the efficiency performance of the Pratama Tax Office in the Central Java Regional Tax Office II. The data uses secondary data in 2015-2018 at the KPP Pratama in the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Tax, Central Java II. The analysis technique uses the WDEA application. The results of the analysis test produced are the results of valid and reliable efficiency. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the level of efficiency in several Primary Tax Service Offices varies depending on the year and the input data used. From the efficiency value it can be concluded that the efficiency value obtained becomes more efficient with the presence of a tax bailiff. With this research it is hoped that it can be used to improve efficiency in each Primary Tax Service Office either by minimizing resources or increasing output produced Keywords: Efficiency, Primary Tax Office, Tax
