Abstract
This research aims to review: 1 ) the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction in a stall bear pomade 2 ) influence the quality of service for customer satisfaction in a stall bear pomade 3 ) influence the price of customer satisfaction in a stall bear pomade 4 ) influence, product quality service quality, and the price of customer satisfaction in a stall bear pomade.In practice research is expected benefits that will become the source of information and input for stall bear pomade in order to increase satisfaction to consumer, through this research both: can add experience and the knowledge about the importance of the influence of 2 product quality, the quality of services, and the price of customer satisfaction in a stall bear pomade.This is the kind of research survey research using a questionnaire as instruments .The population on this research is all customers bear pomade whose numbers are not known .The sample collection techniques in a purposive sampling of samples from 100 respondents .Data gathered by the questionnaire that has been in the validity and reliability .The data used was analysis techniques multiple linear regression .Linear regression multiple used to test model that is hypothesized statistically.This research result indicates that there is a positive influence and significant, to consumer product quality they satisfaction of the value of t count of 5.915 the significance of 0,000<0,05, is a positive influence and significant service quality to the consumer satisfaction they 2.373 t count the significance of 0,020<0,05, and there are a positive influence and significant price to consumers in a stall bear pomade satisfaction, the statistics f count of 4.457 with significance of 0,000 <0,05 ).
