Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on business success. 2) The effect of venture capital on business success. 3) The effect of work experience on business success. 4) The effect of Promotion on business success. 5) The effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, venture capital, work experience, and promotion of business success. This research is associative quantitative type. Samples were taken on 30 students with a purposive sampling technique.. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, F test, T test, R ^ 2 test, as well as relative and effective contributions. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 16,006 + -0,226X_1 + 0,563X_2 + -0,291 X_3 + 0,436X_4. The equation shows that business success is influenced by entrepreneurial knowledge, venture capital, work experience, and promotion. The conclusions drawn are 1) entrepreneurial knowledge influences business success. This is based on multiple linear analysis (t test) it is known that t_count < t_ (table,) - 2.224 <-2.060 and significance value <0.05, ie 0.034 with a relative contribution of 18.32% and an effective contribution of 10.1%. 2) Business capital affects business success. This is based on multiple linear analysis (t test) it is known that t_count > t_ (table,) 4.023> 2.060 and significance value <0.05, ie 0.000 with a relative contribution of 47.82% and an effective contribution of 26.3%. 3) Work experience influences business success. This is based on multiple linear analysis (t test) it is known that t_count <t_ (table,) - 2.793 <-2.060 and significance value <0.05, ie 0.010 with a relative contribution of 14.97% and an effective contribution of 8.23%. 4) Promotion influences business success. This is based on multiple linear analysis (t test) it is known that t_count <t_ (table,) 2.862> 2.060 and significance value <0.05, ie 0.008 with a relative contribution of 18.6% and an effective contribution of 10.3%. From the results of the F test analysis obtained F_count> F_table = 7.625> 2.74, then H_0 was rejected so that together there was a significant influence on entrepreneurial knowledge, venture capital, work experience, and promotion. Keywords: entrepreneurial knowledge, venture capital, work experience, promotion, and business success.
